Rates – ( based on 2 persons/adults )

  • Additional Adults = $15.00 per person per night
  • Additional Children 3 years and older = $8.00 per night
  • Pets are allowed = $25.00 per pet per stay.

Payments

A Credit card is required to secure a reservation. Where no Credit Card is available at the time of reservation, a deposit of ½ the total reservation charge must be made to secure the reservation.

**Note; American Express credit cards are subject to 5% processing fee.

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period for all reservations is 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Reservations must be prepaid two weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations made prior to the cancellation period are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Minimum Periods

Weekends – July 11 to September 1

  • 2 night minimum in units #101, 102, 103 & 104
  • 3 night minimum for units #105 – 114

Our Right to Change a Reservation

We have a variety of cabins, some of which are of a similar design. We will make every effort to place guests in the cabin reserved. However, we reserve the right to change a reservation to a similar unit. Interchangeable units are;

  • #101/103,
  • #102/104,
  • #105/108/109.

Tabletop BBQ’s provided, but you will need to bring a propane cylinder (small
tank)

Off Season Booking Policies
During our off season we have a two night minimum on all advanced bookings for the weekends. For example: Thursday and Friday, Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.
