This is a semi-detached cabin with a private patio with a propane portable barbecue (tank not included) and picnic table, close to the playground and viewing the pool.

The lovely view of the mountains and ocean can be enjoyed form the patio.

There are two bedrooms, each having a double bed. There are two occasional chairs, 4 piece wooden kitchen table set and cable TV in the living room/kitchen area.

This unit can sleep 4 persons. The kitchenette has a 4 element range with oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee percolator, tea pot, a service of dishes and cutlery for 6 persons, wine glasses, cork screw, pots and pans, roasting pan and frying pan.

There is a 3-piece shower bathroom  in this unit with a hair dryer.
